A yellow soil artificial fish reef and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the problem of the environment contamination caused by the artificial fish reef which is unable to be collected. A manufacturing method of yellow soil artificial fish reef comprises: a step for forming the frame(10) of the yellow soil artificial fish reef using a reinforced steel rod formed of curved surface; a step that the mold(42) in which the boss member is protruded while covering the outer side of frame is combined; a step for injecting the loess mixture into the mold; a step that the mold is separated from the surface of the yellow soil artificial fish reef after curing the mold of artificial fish reef; and a step for curing yellow soil artificial fish reef.
