A cooling system apparatus of the internal combustion engine avoiding the excessive rising of the oil temperature of transmission is provided. A cooling system apparatus of the internal combustion engine comprises a middle class of the bypass passage; a bridge passage connecting the cooling water circulation passage of the confluence position upstream of the radiator(4) downstream the bypass passage and cooling water circulation passage with each other, and for each other communicating the middle class of the cooling water circulation passage and bypass passage; a path reluctance generating unit installed at the cooling water circulation passage of the confluence position upper stream of the downstream of the connecting area of the cooling water circulation passage and bridge passage the bypass passage and cooling water circulation passage; and an oil heat exchanger performing the heat exchange in interval with the oil of the cooling medium which is arranged in the bridge passage and passes and transmission.
