A remote monitoring and control system is provided to enable a user to connect to a wired/wireless remote control telephone apparatus within a designated region(home, office etc) by using a wireless terminal. A remote monitoring and control system is comprised of a mobile phone(10), a wired/wireless remote control telephone apparatus(20), and various terminal devices(30) and electronic devices(40). The wired/wireless remote control telephone apparatus is installed at the specified location, is connected with a public communication network through an electric communication signal medium, and wirelessly communicates with the terminal devices and electronic devices. The mobile phone is connected to the wired/wireless remote control telephone apparatus through an intrinsic subscriber number, thereby monitoring the situation of a corresponding region in real time and remotely controlling the terminal devices and electronic devices. |
