A purification device is provided to have anti-corrosion, high resilience, and high water-permeability and semi-permanence. A purification device(100) comprises a collecting water unit mounted within an edge penetration hole of the bridge or the road, a supporting plate(120) in which a plurality of discharge holes mounted at the bottom of inside of the collecting water unit is formed, a filter chamber(130) which has a purification member(140) mounted on the supporting plate built in, a guide tube(150) inserted into the inner side of the collecting water unit, in which an overflow way(160) is formed. The purification member is made of the natural latex. A plurality of top inlet holes are formed between the top of the purification member and the intermediate layer. A plurality of lower part inlet holes are formed between the intermediate layer of the purification and the bottom surface. |
