A compact Imaging Lens is provided to have excellent distortion correction and resolution since the device is composed of a little number of lenses and optical full length is short. Form an object, an iris, an aspherical lens with meniscus shape, which has the definition refractive power facing the object and is made of plastic material are arranged in order. A second lens(L2) made of plastic material has the negative refractive power and aspherical lens with biconcave form. A third lens(L3) has the positive refractive power and aspherical lens, made of plastic material, of which upper side is convex.
