A ventilation wheel of an air conditioning system for vehicles is provided to prevent the air in a specific area from maintaining a constant pressure by preventing the inhaled air from being guided to the specific area. The ventilation wheel of the air conditioning system for the vehicles includes a first wing part(13a) inhaling the air of one side; a second wing part(13b) inhaling the air of the other side; a herb(12) guiding the inhaled air of both sides in the outer side of the radius direction with partitioning off the first wing part and the second wing part; a first wave(30) formed on the extension part(16) of one side according to the columnar direction in order to disperse the air of one side inhaled to one side(12a) of the hub; and a second wave(40) formed on the extension part of the other side according to the columnar direction in order to disperse the air of the other side inhaled to the other side(12b) of the hub.
