A separation method of a mixture including a low boiling point, a middle boiling point and a high boiling point material is provided to save energy largely by preventing a remixing phenomenon of the middle boiling point material in a column, to simplify a processes by omitting a blending process and to producing products having a desired concentration rate rapidly. A mixture including a low boiling point, a middle boiling point and a high boiling point material is introduced to the first distillation column. A top product and a bottom product the first distillation column are provided by separating the mixture from the first distillation column in order not to generate a remixing of the middle boiling point material at a lower part of the first distillation column. A top product and a bottom product of the second distillation column are provided by separating the bottom product of the first distillation column from the second distillation column. A concentration rate of the middle boiling point material and THE low-boiling point material is controlled in the product of the second distillation column top.
