A display device and an electronic apparatus having the same are provided to have a characteristic that are not being influenced with electrical noise, even the optical sensor is located near a display device. A display device comprises an optical sensor, an active matrix circuit formed on a display region(310), a plurality of bus line scanning line connected to the active matrix circuit which delivering the driving signal, a data line, and driving circuits(301,302) for driving data line and a plurality of bus line. The optical sensor is located dividing into a plurality of sub region by the plurality of bus line. The plurality of sub region is arranged in the in-between of the driver circuit and active matrix circuit. |
