A displaying apparatus for correcting image distortion is provided to project no-distortion image by varying the location of the lens at a relay optic system. In a displaying apparatus for correcting image distortion, an image processing unit(180) generates control signal corresponding to the source image from the external image device and generates a light source control signal. A driver IC(140) generates the driving voltage by receiving the delivered image control signal from the image processing unit and operates the diffraction light modulator. A light source(110) delivers the incident light corresponding to the source image by receiving the delivered light source control signal from the image processing unit. An uneven transparent substrate includes the concavo-convex region having the n(natural number) number of an un-even unit at both sides while passing the incident light from the light source to the diffraction light modulator. A diffraction light modulator(130) receives the driving voltage from the driver IC and reflects or diffracts the incident light delivered to the un-even type transparent substrate. A relay optic system(150) includes the lens of the n(natural number) number of lens making reflected or diffracted light focused at certain point.
