A camera lens module and an image processing apparatus with the same are provided to perform electric connection between the inside and the outside of a voice coil module smoothly. Coil surrounds at least a part of the moving body inside the case. A holder(170) supports the moving body. In one side of the case, the holder is combined with the case. A coupling unit couples the case and the holder. The coupling unit has conductivity. A through hole is formed on the case, the holder, and a circuit board. A tap is formed inside the case, the holder, the circuit board and a partial through hole.
