A terminal transfer apparatus is provided to transfer a terminal to an accurate position easily by controlling a position of the terminal transfer unit up/downward or left/right. An upper base board(20) is arranged at a predetermined interval on the top of a lower base board(10). A base plate movable part(30) is installed between the upper base board and lower base board to reciprocate the upper base board on the top of the lower base board. A driving part(40) is installed at the upper one side of the upper base board. A terminal transport unit(50) is reciprocated along with the straight line by driving the driving part. A terminal(1) supplied from a terminal reel(2) is transferred.
