A mobile phone and mobile phone case is provided to allow a user to expose the reflecting side according to the need of user by forming a reflecting layer, chameleon paint layer on the one side of the cellular phone. A cellular phone(100) having mirror function has a reflecting layer(122) having the predetermined thickness. A mirror(120) is formed on the cellular phone by the chameleon paint layer and protective film being laminated successively. A chameleon paint layer(124) is formed by silks screening-print with chameleon paint or attaching film coated with the chameleon paint. The reflecting layer is formed by plating with nickel or chrome or depositing one of the gold, silver, nickel, copper, aluminium and magnesium.
