A music file searching method and a music reproducing device are provided to search and display music files based on the order of reproducing frequency. A music file search method comprises the steps of: requesting music file search(S215); confirming the reproducing frequencies of music files(S220); displaying the music files in list based on the reproducing frequencies(S225); and selecting the one music file from the list and reproducing the selected music file(S240).
