<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generating system quickly restarting the power generation of a fuel cell when a request output to an electrical load or request power from the electrical load is increased in a state that the power generation of the fuel cell stops. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generating system is equipped with a power generation restarting condition changing means 52 reducing a second lower limit current value (+ hyp) for deciding the restarting of power generation of the fuel cell when the full pedal stroke amount (Ap) of an accelerator pedal exceeds an upper limit full pedal amount, when an increasing rate of the full pedal stroke amount (Ap) of the accelerator pedal exceeds an upper limit increasing rate, and when request power (Lreq) exceeds an upper limit power increasing rate; a filtering condition changing means 43 changing a time constant (τ) in a noise preventing filter 41 in the direction relaxing the suppression of a variation of a target output current (Ifc_CMD); and an upper limit current increasing rate changing means 44 increasing an upper limit increasing rate (dlfc_LMT) in a current increasing rate limiter 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
