Provided are a filter which provides an excellent bright room contrast by reducing external light reflection and a display apparatus including the same. The filter can be easily manufactured at low cost. The filter is formed in a single sheet and includes a base film; a plurality of beads disposed on a front surface of the base film and formed of a visible light-transmitting material; and a colored binder layer fixing the beads to the base film.
