Can for an urban recycling bin, where the can comprises a first mouth for the liquid inside it to exit and a handle, and it is characterized by the fact that it also has an additional mouth provided with a cover. The area around this frist mouth is substantially flat, and the upper part of the handle is substantially aligned with this flat area. A can is designed for collecting oil for subsequent introduction into the urban bin for recycling. The urban recycling bin comprises at least one tank for the wastes that it must contain and at least one opening for these wastes, and it is characterized by the fact that at least one opening is adapted for insertion of the mouth of the can. Thus an urban recycling tank is achieved that is adapted for liquid wastes, e.g., domestic oil.
