An adhesive optical film of an image display is provided to have durability and prevent irregularity of window frame when backlight is turned on. An adhesive optical film has an adhesive layer by interposing the undercoat layer in the discotic liquid crystal layer. The undercoat layer contains the polymer class and antioxidant. The adhesive layer contains 80~99.5% alkyl(matte) acrylate, and 0.05~3% hydroxyl containing monomer. The adhesive optical film includes acryl class oligomer(B) of average molecular weight 3000~8000 having 80~99.9% alkyl acrylate, and 0.1~3% carboxyl containing monomer, bonding agent(C), and silane coupling agent(D).
