A gear pump is provided to prevent the leak of fluid by equipping a bypass means which re-circulates the fluid from a crevice between a driving shaft and an axis hole of a housing to the inner structure of the housing. The gear pump includes the housing(10) forming the axis hole for passing through an ejected inlet port(11) in which the fluid inflows and outflows, a vent(12), and a driving shaft; a cover(50) for covering an opening part of the housing; a pair of the gear(20,30) for transferring the fluid while a saw blade goes in gear, and separating the inner structure of the housing into an inlet room in the side in which the inlet port is formed, and a vent room in the inside in which the vent is formed, respectively; and a bypass path flowing the fluid, which leaks to the crevice between the driving shaft(40) and the axis hole of the housing, to the inlet room. |
