The reliability of wiring board having the built-in part is improved by making certain connection between the intermediate insulating layer and the component. The wiring board is manufactured. The core board(11) is stand-by. The component is prepared. The component is accepted and sorted by the height. In preparation of the core board, the core board having the carrying hole(90) is prepared. In preparation of the component, the ceramic capacitor(101) is prepared, having a plurality of extrusion conductors(51) protruded from the capacitor rear surface(103). The ceramic capacitor is accepted within the carrying hole as the core rear surface. In arrangement of height, the part of surface of the conductive layer is sorted with same height.
