An electronic control unit is provided to be miniaturized and to reduce the manufacturing cost since the parts including the metallic board are removed. An electronic control unit comprises a housing of the insulating resin agent, a heat sink adhered to one opening of the housing, a power device mounted in the heat sink, a circuit board in which the electronic circuit including the control circuit controlling the power device is formed, a plurality of al foils which electrically connects the circuit board and power device, a elastic body pressurizing the power device to the heat sink.
