A device and method for non-volatile storage is provided to prevent fail generation due to the time delay according to the laser equipment setup and program error since laser equipment is not used in the fuse programming. A non-volatile storage(100) includes a non-volatile storage unit(110). An energy storage unit(130, 140) store the energy when supplying the supply voltage. A switching unit(120, 150) connects the energy storage unit to the non-volatile storage unit in order to record the state value if condition is satisfied; the supply voltage is doped to below than the fixed value and predicted switch-off signal exists.
