A rotating apparatus for a printed circuit board is provided to make a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) to operate by changing the width of a griping unit and applying tensile force to the outer part of the PCB. A rotating apparatus for a PCB comprises: an elevating unit(110) elevating a PCB, which is transferred to a transferring unit, to be separated from a roller; an arrangement unit(130) arranging the elevated PCB at a center point of the elevating unit by pushing the both sides of the PCB; a rotary grip unit(150) gripping the both sides to correspond to the width of the arranged PCB and pulling the PCB toward the outer direction of the PCB; a rotary unit(170) rotates the gripped PCB toward a receiving grip unit to correspond to the driving of a rotary motor; and a controller which controls the grip unit and the rotary unit, the transferring unit, the elevating unit and the arrangement unit.
