A spine correction therapeutic machine is provided to relax or strengthen muscle and ligament neighboring the backbone. A spine correction therapeutic machine comprises: a sub-frame(40); head, upper body and lower part of the body-backing seats supporting the head of a user, the upper body and lower part of the body; an elevating-drive unit(20) in which the connection shaft is equipped and converted into the intersection elevating movement; and a rotation driving unit(30) which is formed between the elevating-drive unit and upper body backing seat(60) and rotates the upper body backing seat around the rotation axis reciprocally. The connection shaft connects the rotation axis(31) and upper body backing seat by the rotation driving unit. The elevating-drive unit comprises the hinge-piece(22), a lower body twisting connector(24), and an upper body twisting connector(26).
