An anisotropic electroconductive connection material is provided to prevent short occurrence possibility between circuits and to improve productivity and reliability of product by minimizing badness due to low contact resistance and high reliability. An anisotropic electroconductive connection material comprises an insulating adhesive resin; a conductive adhesive layer(100) including conductive particles dispersed in the insulating adhesive resin; and an insulating adhesive layer(200) including a thermosetting adhesive of a web shape. The thermosetting adhesive of the web shape has a micro hollow within 0.5~5 micrometer.
