Insulated conductive coating particles and an anisotropic electricconnection material comprising the same are provided to ensure excellent electric conduction and insulation property as well as excellent connection reliablility and insulation reliability. Insulated conductive coating particles comprises a conductive core(110); and an insulating layer including an insulating resin copolymerized with styrene and methyl methacrylate, which is formed on the surface of the conductive core, in which the styrene is copolymerized with a butadiene having the rate of 1,2- vinyl bond of the unsaturated bond, of 14~25%. The insulated resin comprises a transparent rubber-modified copolymer resin to become a toluene insoluble content of 4~22 wt% at 25deg.C, an expansion index by the toluene of 11~19 at 25deg.C and a toluene insoluble content/expansion index of 0.15~1.10 wt% at 25deg.C.
