A decking plank comprises a core <B>117</B> and heating means <B>120, 121</B>. The core <B>117</B> acts to support the plank in use when suspended between spaced supports. The heating means may be electrical or circulating fluid in tunnels or pipes. The plank may have means to connect to adjacent like planks, including electrical connection or connection of fluid tunnels. The plank may have a covering layer which may include components of an alarm system, such as an intruder alarm, or lighting means. The heating means may be received in grooves <B>118, 119</B> in the core. |
