A horizontal jig device for a printed circuit board is provided to perform a level pin fixing process at predetermined height without interference with a descent operation of the level pin by including a proximity sensor and a timer. A plurality of level pins(10) is pressurized downward by a circuit device(2) of a PCB(1) and elastically supports the PCB horizontally while the height is changed. A body frame(20) is used for fixing and hitching the fixing end of the level pin in the lower part of the inserting hole. A moving device horizontally moves a sliding plate(40) when the PCB is received in the body frame and the PCB is discharged from the body frame. A controlling unit(90) is composed of a proximity sensor(92) sensing the descent operation of the level pin and a control box(94) controlling the operation of the moving device.
