A folding table which is foldable in the vertical direction is provided to facilitate space utilization and the keeping of the upper plate of the table located in the horizontal direction. A folding table comprises: an upper plate(110) equipped on the top of the folding table; an upper frame(120) supporting the lower part of the upper plate; a sub-frame(130) combined with the lower part of the upper frame by the rotating unit; and a control unit controlling the rotation of the upper plate. The control unit comprises a control plate(159) fixed on the top of sub-frame and a lever part equipped in the upper frame. The control plate is formed in the disk of the constant thickness and the barrier groove is formed in the outer circumference.
