A trunk tray fixing structure of a vehicle is provided to secure safe driving and increase the feeling of satisfaction by relieving impact and noise generating on contact surface where a trunk tray and a supportive bracket contact. A trunk tray fixing structure of a vehicle comprises a supportive bracket(16) supporting a trunk tray at downside, located on a vehicle body; a ring plate type damping unit, located between the supportive bracket and the trunk tray, injection molded with the fixing hole(14A) of the trunk tray in order to absorb vibration transmitted from the vehicle body; and a clip fastening the trunk tray and the supportive bracket by inserting the damping unit.
