METHOD FOR FORMING COATING LAYER ON INNER WALL OF PIPE THROUGH HOLLOW CATHODE DISCHARGE DEPOSITION

A method for forming coating layer of an inner wall of a pipe is provided to efficiently coat the pipe inside by using a hollow cathode discharge which regularly being occurred the erosion of a whole electrode. A method for forming a metal coating layer(400) of an inner wall of a pipe by hollow cathode discharge deposition performs following steps, a) a step for arranging the disc metal electrode in the pipe(200) inside; b) a step for generating the plasma of the discharge gas is produced with the hollow cathode discharge by adding direct negative current voltage, and producing the thermal agitation by collision with the plasma ion and the generated disc metal electrode; and a step for forming the metal coating layer in the inside wall of pipe the generated thermal agitation deposits on the inside wall of pipe.
