A composition for including Bombyx Mori Linne extract is provided to prevent or treat osteoporosis, osteogenesis failure or fracture by lowering a concentration of the Alkaline Phosphatase and Osteocalcin effectively and to reduce a side effect minimally though users take the composition for a long time. A composition for preventing or treating osteoporosis, osteogenesis failure or fracture includes Bombyx Mori Linne extract as an active ingredient. The Bombyx Mori Linne extract is manufactured by extracting by from an extraction solvent selected from a group consisting of water, C1-C4 of alcohol and a mixed solvent at 15 ~ 150°C.
