3,4-DIHYDROQUINAZOLINE DERIVATIVES AND ANTI-CANCER AGENTS INCLUDING THEM

A 3,4- dihydroquinazoline derivative and an Anticancer drug composition including the 3,4- dihydroquinazoline derivative are provided to cure a hyperproliferation disease like a cancer by blocking a calcium channel of a cell membrane. A 3,4- dihydroquinazoline derivative and an anticancer drug composition including the 3,4- dihydroquinazoline derivative are expressed by a chemical formula (1). In the chemical formula (1); R1 is NR4(CH2)nNR5R6; R2 is 4- biphenyl; R3 is a benzylamino, a 4- aminobenzylamino or a 4- fluorobenzene sulfone aminobenzylamino; R4 is a hydrogen or a C1-C5 of low alkyl group; N is an integer of 4 - 6; R5 and R6 are the hydrogen or C1-C5 of the low alkyl group or a heterocycle of 4 - 6 circle.
