A multi-media image camera device for a microscope is provided to be combined with different kinds of microscopes which have different focus distances by only single multi-media image camera device. A lens(2) and a camera sensor are integrated in one body in the direction of a camera body(100) by a holder unit(3). A focus control guider(6) which adjusts focus is combined with the holder unit by moving the camera sensor and the lens of the holder unit together. A control knob unit(7) moves the focus control guider, and an adapter is assembled to an eye piece lens detachably at a front point of the control know unit. A connector(15) is inserted into the multi-media image camera.
