THERMOPLASTIC ELASTIC BODY COMPOUND FOR ARTIFICIAL TURF MANUFACTURED BY DYNAMIC VULCANIZATION

A thermoplastic elastomer compound for artificial turf manufactured by dynamic crosslinking is provided to ensure excellent permanent compression set(elastic modulus), abrasion resistance, oil storage ability, mechanical property and filler storage ability by adding a peroxide cross-linking agent instead of a vulcanization cross-linking agent. A thermoplastic elastomer compound for artificial turf comprises 100 parts by weight of a styrene-based block copolymer containing at least one of styrene-ethylene/butadiene-styrene polymer(SEBS), styrene-butadiene-styrene polymer (SBS), styrene-ethylene/propylene-styrene(SEPS), hydrogenated poly-isoprene/butadiene polymer(SEEPS) and styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymer(SIS); 10-80 parts by weight of olefin polymer containing which is made of polypropylene and polyethylene, and is made of 50-70 weight% of the propylene and 30-50 weight% of the ethylene; 30-500 parts by weight of process oil consisting of paraffinic, naphthenic, and an aromatic type; 100-800 parts by weight of filler consisting of calcium carbonate, talcum, and muscovitum; 0.5-7 parts by weight of a cross-linking agent consisting of the peroxide containing at least one of 2,4-dichloro benzoyl peroxides (2,4-dichloro benzoyl peroxide), and dicumyl peroxide and die-(2,4-dichloro benzoyl)-peroxides (di-(2,4-dichlorobenzoyl)-peroxide); 1-10 parts by weight of a crosslinking promoter containing at least one of p-dibenzoylquinone dioxime and p-quinone dioxime.
