A forming device for an embossing part of a heat exchanging plate is provided to improve heat exchange efficiency between currents by configuring shape of an embossing part to be formed on a heat exchanging plate complicated shape in addition to simple shape. A forming device for an embossing part of a heat exchanging plate comprises a number of outlets(110) formed on the contact surface of the upper mold; a first pressured air supply path(130), formed inside the upper mold, guiding the pressurized air flowed from an inlet to be exhausted from the outlets; a number of a first recessed part(140) formed away at a specific distance from the outlets of the first pressured air supply path on the contact surface of the top mold; a number of outlets arranged on the contact surface of the lower mold; a second pressured air supply path(230), equipped inside the lower mold, guiding the pressured air flowed from the inlets to be exhausted from the outlets; and a second recessed part(240) arranged away at a specific distance from the outlets of the second pressured air supply path on the contact surface of the lower mold.
