A head mounted display with a device including a brainwave is provided to minimize brainwave induction time by performing brainwave and study at the same time. A controller(21) synthesizes and modulates a brainwave induction signal and voice data according to user's inputs, and outputs the synthesized and modulated voice, a complex brainwave induction signal with an image signal. A headset(20) make a user listen to the reproduced image and sound and be exposed to the brainwave induction signal at the same time. A video output unit(211) creates an image based on the image signal outputted from the controller, and a lens unit(212) forms a virtual screen by enlarging the created image from the video output unit. An audio output unit(213) transmits the voice and the complex brainwave induction signal outputted from the controller to the user.
