A tufted brush mat is provided to prevent the drop-out of the pile yarn and the rupture of the bubble layer. A tufted brush mat comprises: a pad layer(100) consisting of polyvinylchloride or the rubber; a coating layer(200) consisting of polyurethane on the top of the pad layer, the styrene-butadiene-rubber(SBR) composition or latex; a bubble layer(300) woven on the top of the coating layer as the high intensity base expansion yarn; a polyamide system filament pile yarn(400) transplanted on the top of the bubble layer in the tufting mode. The fineness of the high intensity base expansion yarn is 500-2,000 denier.
