An oxygen burner is provided to improve mixing efficiency of oxygen and fuel to be separated easily in order to repair and replace a damaged fuel nozzle. An oxygen burner comprises a burner(1) in which an oxygen nozzle is equipped; an oxygen nozzle(10) in which an oxygen inlet(11) and an oxygen outlet for discharging oxygen entering through the oxygen inlet; and a fuel nozzle(20) consisting a fuel inlet(21), inserted through the burner, feeding fuel, and a fuel outlet discharging fuel fed through the fuel inlet. The oxygen nozzle is formed to slant the oxygen outlet so that the flame generated due to the firing of the fuel and oxygen rotate. The oxygen outlet of the oxygen nozzle and fuel outlet of the fuel nozzle are formed to have the step(T1) in order to increase the mixing efficiency of the fuel and the ejected oxygen. A sealing unit(13) for preventing the leakage of the oxygen is equipped on the rear of the oxygen nozzle.
