A lighting fence is provided to be recognized easily at night and to prevent the safety accident like a collision. A lighting fence comprises a front display unit(100) formed in the front side of a supporting tube(10), the upper display unit(200) formed at the top of the supporting tube, a lighting unit installed inside the supporting tube, a power supply unit(400) for supplying the power to the lighting unit.
