A mask pack and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to supply the mask pack by dipping the lotion containing silver Kochiae Fructus extracts into the mask pack and to prevent and reduce the skin disease by the Kochiae Fructus extracts. A mask pack is manufactured by dipping the lotion containing Kochiae Fructus extracts into the mask pack. A lotion includes the extracts extracted from one or more medicinal herbs selected from a group consisting of akebiae Caulis, angelicae gigantis Radix, peony Root, rehmanniae Radix Preparata, cnidii Rhizoma, dictamni Radicis Cortx, blood Astragali Radix, Fargo paper, corni Fructus, discoreae Rhizoma, polygoni multiflori Radix, angelicae dahuricae Radix, hoelen, armeniacae Semen, hordei Fructus Germinatus, schizandrae Fructus, galla Rhois, glycyrrhizae radix, ledebouriellae Radix and Cyperi Rhizoma.
