OPTICAL FILM, POLARIZER AND DISPLAY DEVICE USING OPTICAL FILM, AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

An optical film is provided not to adhere contaminant by the touch to the surface of a display device by reducing the surface energy value of the optical film at the side where the touch is performed, and maintaining relatively high surface energy value of the optical film at the side where adhesion is performed, and to remove although contaminant is adhered. An optical film(150) comprises a mixture layer consisting of the first substance(110) having the surface energy value of the first range and the second substance having the surface energy value of the second range lower than the surface energy value of the first range. In the mixture layer, the first substance is mainly distributed at the side where the optical film is adhered, and the second material(130) is mainly distributed at the opposite side. The first substance comprises a polymer resin having the surface energy value of 30mN/m~45mN/m range, and the second material comprises any one of fluorinated polymer, silicon-based polymer and fluorine-silicon-based polymer which have the surface energy value of 10mN/m~25mN/m range.
