Offered is production method of haemoglobin solution inherently not containing tetramer including haemoglobin polymerisation in solution, thermal processing polymerised haemoglobin in solution at temperature more that approximately 45°C during at least approximately 24 hours with partial degradation of polymer to tetramer and removal of tetramer from haemoglobin solution. Offered is haemoglobin solution produced by specified method. Offered is method of stabilisation of polymerized haemoglobin solution inherently not containing tetramer.
