FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention concerns aluminium electrolyses and can be used for cutting of spent brickwork in aluminium electrolyses by means of abrasive - fluid stream. Method includes brickwork cutting by hydro abrasive stream by means of water filament action under pressure not less then 4500 atmospheres, clean or with admixture of special abrasive, which is out from cutting block with speed up to 1400 m/s and directed to cut material. ^ EFFECT: providing of process intensification of destruction process, at that brickwork is crushed without action of load impacts to repaired electrolyser and without impact of vibratory and dynamic actions to electrolyse, adjacent to repairable. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
