A handler for classifying the semiconductor device and the fabricating method of semiconductor device using the same are provided to reduce the probability of error generation by simplifying the loading process and the unloading process. The handler includes the chamber part connecting the semiconductor device accepted in the test tray(T) with the test board; the loading unit(4) including the loading lifting unit(41) dropping the test tray from the loading location to the carry-out position; the unloading unit(5) including the unloading lifting unit lifting the test tray in the carry-in position to the unloading position; the switching section provided with the test tray in which the semiconductor device after the test from the chamber part is accepted; the transport unit transferring the test tray from the switching section to the carry-in position.
