FIELD: medicine; biotechnology. ^ SUBSTANCE: producing strain Streptomyces griseocarneus subsp. bleomycini All-Russian collection of industrial microorganisms-S1086 is obtained by induced mutagenesis with further version selection in selective media containing streptomycin and vancomycin. Obtained strain 10007 is deposited in All-Russian collection of industrial microorganisms under the number of S1086 and produces 1.8 times higher output of bleomycetin than the original strain. Antibiotic bleomycetin is obtained out of culture fluid of producent with the use of "Üæ-2" carboxylic cationite and treatment with neutral hydrophobic absorbing agent "Stirosorb MN-200". Antibiotic solution filtration at a tower with "Stirosorb MN-200" absorbing agent allows for admixture sorption without antibiotic sorption, increasing antibiotic output by up to 70%, with active component content up to 97%.
