FIELD: textile industry, paper industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method (version) relates to production of paper base meant for vulcanising and parchmentising and can be used in paper-pulp industry. The method includes the following stages. Energy radiation of cellulose fiber in dry condition. Grinding and refining of irradiate fiber in aqueous media till homogeneous fiber solution is prepared. Formation of web from prepared fibrous suspension, which is dewatered and dried to prepare paper base.
