An internal temperature control apparatus of a vehicle is provided to effectively control the temperature of the vehicle indoor by controlling an air conditioning system with exactly detecting the temperature of the vehicle indoor using an infrared temperature sensor. An internal temperature control apparatus of a vehicle using an infrared temperature sensor(20) comprises as the follows. An infrared temperature sensor measures each temperature from the various location of the vehicle indoor. An air conditioner and a heater cool and heat the vehicle indoor. A ventilation fan blows the generated cooled and heated air through a duct of the vehicle indoor. A grill guides the cooled and heated air discharged from the ventilation fan to the specific location of the vehicle indoor. The Grill includes a front seat underfoot grill(51a), a back seat underfoot grill(52a), a center grill(53a), a side grill(54a), a defroster grill(55a), and a defroster side grill(56a). A MICOM selectively controls a plurality of actuators in order to open and close the each grills selectively.
