A hands-free system for vehicle is provided to increase telephone communication efficiency by providing free changing telephone call according to the selection of the front and rear seated occupant. A hands-free system for vehicle comprises a first microphone(14) and a second microphone(15) receiving voice signal of passenger; a first speaker(18) and a second speaker(19) outputting the audio signal of the opponent; a first change input unit(15) generating the hands-free changeover signal for the telephone call change between the front seat and the back seat according to the input of passenger; an MTS device(10) turning on and off the first microphone and the first speaker or the second microphone and the second speaker according to hand-free change signal; The MTS device comprises a hand-free module(13); a control module(11) delivering the hands-free change signal to the hand-free module; and a telephone module(12) which delivers to the control module by transmitting an audio signal of a passenger and receiving the audio signal of an opponent.
