A camera module is provided to weld ground terminals of a shield case and an external terminal directly, thereby obtaining excellent EMI shielding efficiency. A camera body(110) has at least one lens. A substrate is attached to a lower end of the camera body. The substrate has an image sensor(140). A shield case(120) covers the camera body. Foreign material inflow is prevented to the inside of the camera body by installing a sealing member(150) between a camera body and a shield case.
