An FATC(Full Automatic Temperature Control) assay cutting off static electricity for a vehicle is provided to prevent damage to part element and an LCD of a PCB assay by cutting off the static electricity flowed into the gap between a front panel and a shield lens. An FATC assay cutting off static electricity for a vehicle comprises as the follows. A PCB assay in which an LCD display part is equipped and a front panel in which an LCD display window(31) is equipped so that the LCD display part to be exposed to the outside are mounted within an instrument panel of a vehicle. A shield lens is adhered in order to cover the LCD display window. A still frame(50) of the conductivity which is earthed in the PCB side of the PCB assay is insert-injected in the lens surface in which the shield lens is adhered. The still frame includes an upper frame(51) formed according to the lens surface perimeter of the LCD display window and a lower frame having a plurality of bars perpendicularly formed corresponding to the upper frame in order to be protruded through a front panel(30).
